1. How do I become a HOIST
edYOUcation member?
Click on the “Subscribe” button
at the top of the page to become a member and subscribe for the
services. Doing so will take you to a secured page prompting you
for account and payment information. Alternatively, you may call
18 NOW HOIST U (1-866-946-4788) or (504) 307-9877 and speak to a
HOIST edYOUcation, L.L.C., representative that will be able to
gather your account and payment information over the telephone.
2. What types of
membership/subscriptions do you offer?
There are two types of
membership/subscriptions: monthly recurring and annual

3. Can I pay my
membership subscription fees by credit card?
Yes. As all HOIST edYOUcation
membership subscription plans involve recurring billing, payment
by credit card is actually by far the most common method of
payment.
4. Is my personal
information entered on the “Subscribe” page safe?
Yes. The “Subscribe” page is a
secured page whose specific purpose and design is to collect
your account and payment information and keep it secure. Please
see our Privacy Policy at the bottom of this page.
5. Can the voice messages
be delivered to my home telephone or other land line?
Yes, the voice messages can be
delivered to any land line, as long as the member has proper
authority to direct us to deliver to the land line.
6. Can the voice messages
be delivered to my mobile telephone?
Yes, the voice messages can be
delivered to any mobile telephone, as long as the member has
proper authority to direct us to deliver to the mobile
telephone.
7. Will the voice message
be delivered to my voice mailbox or answering machine if I do
not answer the call?
Yes, as long as the voice
mailbox or answering machine contains enough memory or capacity
to record a message, after the voice mailbox or answering
machine greeting, of approximately 1 to 2 minutes in length.
8. What happens if the
telephone call containing the voice message goes unanswered by
either the member or voice mailbox or answering machine?
We will make multiple attempts
to deliver the message to the telephone number chosen by the
member. If we cannot get through, the voice message will go
undelivered for that day. However, the member may contact us by
telephone or e-mail (info@HOISTedYOUcation.com) to request delivery of the
missed message at a later time. It is the member’s
responsibility to make sure that he or she receives all messages
and that his or her telephone is able to receive the message at
the chosen time.
9. May I change the
telephone number or message delivery time on file with
you after I join?
Yes, but we do ask that
you give us 5 to 10 business days of advance notice of a telephone number or
message delivery time change either by telephone or e-mail (info@HOISTedYOUcation.com) so that you don’t miss a single
second of a message.
10. May I routinely have
the educational voice message left on my voice mailbox or
answering machine to listen at a later time?
Yes, as long as the voice
mailbox or answering machine contains enough memory or capacity
to record a message, after the voice mailbox or answering
machine greeting, of approximately 1 to 2 minutes in length.
