Explanation of Billing Practices

Monthly Recurring Membership Subscription – A member choosing a monthly recurring membership subscription will be automatically charged $10.00 to the credit card account placed on file with the Company immediately upon Sign Up, and again on each monthly anniversary of the date that the new member received his or her first educational voice message thereafter.  For example, if a new member receives his or her first educational voice message on September 17, 2009, then the member will be charged $10.00 on or around September 17, 2009, and then again on a recurring basis on the 17^th day of each calendar month thereafter. 

Annual Recurring Membership Subscription – A member choosing an annual recurring membership subscription will be automatically charged $100.00 to the credit card account placed on file with the Company immediately upon Sign Up, and again on each yearly anniversary of the date that the new member received his or her first educational voice message thereafter.  For example, if a new member receives his or her first educational voice message on September 17, 2009, then the member will be charged $100.00 on or around September 17, 2009, and then again on a recurring basis on September 17^th of each year thereafter.
