Monthly Members
Members purchasing a monthly recurring membership subscription
may cancel their membership subscriptions at any time by
delivering written notice of cancellation to HOIST edYOUcation,
L.L.C. (the “Company”) at its mailing address or to its e-mail
address at
info@HOISTedYOUcation.com, or by calling the Company at 18
NOW HOIST U (1-866-946-4788) or (504) 307-9877 and speaking to a
Company representative about cancellation. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
LEFT ON THE COMPANY’S TELEPHONE VOICE MAIL SYSTEM WILL NOT BE
ACCEPTED. Written notice is deemed given when received by the
Company. Monthly members must give the Company at least a seven
(7) day notice of cancellation prior the first calendar day of
the member’s next monthly billing cycle after cancellation.
Otherwise, the monthly member will be charged for the next month
on the first day of such monthly billing cycle in accordance
with the Company’s monthly recurring billing practices. For
example, a monthly member whose membership commenced on the 15th
day of a month that wishes to cancel before he or she is billed
on October 15, 2009, must cause the Company to receive his or
her notice of cancellation on or before October 8, 2009.
Given the nature of the services delivered by the Company and
the Company’s incurrence of fees on behalf of each new member,
the Company has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Therefore, ANY
AMOUNTS PAID BY A MEMBER PRIOR TO CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE
REFUNDED IN WHOLE OR IN PART. IN ADDITION, NO AMOUNTS PAID BY A
MEMBER WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE EVENT THAT THE COMPANY CANCELS A
MEMBER’S MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION AS A RESULT OF THE MEMBER’S
VIOLATION OF THE MEMBER AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES
AGREEMENT.
